It could be a one person business or a huge business, the same situation often applies. They have no one independent of their business they can trust for opinions, advice or help in all the many different situations and challenges that come up running a business.

Very often people at home don’t want to hear about issues you have in the business and usually can’t help. Sharing with staff isn’t usually an option either.

That’s where I help too. My clients sound me out on everything and anything to do with their business, goals, ambitions, team, direction and challenges.

All of my clients have my personal mobile number and can call me with anything urgent that won’t wait until our next meeting. It could be a staff issue, a problem with a potential client, customer or new project or anything else that has come up and they’d like help with, or just to talk over with someone independent.

I built my own business this way and that’s really the secret to my success. I used the same approaches I now mentor people in to get some of the biggest brand names as clients in my business – despite being a small business.

The funny thing is at the time I was just being me, I wasn’t using any particular approaches or skills. However once I achieved my own success and sold the company I realised I must be doing something different to the masses out there.

You’ll learn how to massively improve your results with little or no extra effort. If that sounds like a wild claim I understand. But I can make it because I have the proven track record of success to back it up.

I started up my IT business from nothing, built it up with clients from some of the best known brands in the world. Then I was approached by a Silicon Valley company from the USA and sold it for a very healthy amount.

In other words, when we partner together you won’t get a bunch of theory I picked up from books; you’ll get battle-tested strategies and practices that generate results.

This is less about theory and more about results with me helping you with the actual projects or issues you are currently dealing with.

In the highly unlikely event that immediately after any work we do together you don’t feel that the value of the experience wasn’t worth far more than you invested, then I won’t invoice you for the session. Pure and simple.
