Mark spoke at our Leadership Team Meeting about the importance of understanding ‘What drives us’, both organisationally and personally. Mark gave a session at our annual company kick-off event and left the audience buzzing. From technical developers through to sales people, he engaged with the whole organisation with his stories, messages and humour that everyone could relate to on how small changes make a huge difference to your own success. Feedback from the whole company was that he had been the best Speaker to date and really contributed to making the event huge success.

What can I say? With an audience of slightly jaded construction workers on their first foray into management training I was worried about how a "guest speaker" would land. I needn't have worried. From the moment Mark stood up he caught the attention of the group. Down to earth, so very funny and full of energy, he speaks about mindset and leadership in a thought provoking, honest and simple way. No boring lectures and endless analogies, just easy to understand with messages that stick . Mark is an asset to any event and uses his personal experiences to bring to life the subjects about which he speaks. I would absolutely book him again, and hope that we can work together again.

We commissioned Mark to speak at our annual conference on transformational leadership. Mark did 2 sessions throughout the day to an audience of 100 Senior Managers and Managers. The feedback from the whole audience was excellent and Mark certainly kept them engaged throughout both sessions. All commented positively and were able to articulate the impact of the sessions and how this would support them to implement changes by creating long term visions of success with their teams through strategic planning, creative thinking and developing strong teams through a range of development pathways, effective communication and inspirational influence.

Mark spoke at our annual Manager's Away Day and without hesitation I would recommend his services as a Keynote Speaker . Before the event Mark took time to understand our business, our managers and the event theme to tailor and blend key messages into his his delivery .
