Someone asked me recently why it is taking them so long to become more confident in social situations and that they feel like they are not actually improving.
It doesn't always take a long time to make a change, some people do it instantly, others take some time to change, and many take a long time to change.....What's the difference here? What options are available for change and how do we make sure we make progress to improve confidence?
